FAQs for placing INTERNATIONAL ORDERS from Mangharam Chocolate Solutions

We now supply most of our ChocoMan Machines, Melters, Moulds and Materials worldwide. Please note the following before ordering :

1.  Orders are accepted electronically only by e-mail :  rbmfoods@gmail.com

2.  All communications to be done in English language only

3.  We prefer e-mail attachments in the Excel, Word, PDF and text format. Please do not copy web pages or links directly into an e-mail.

4.  Minimum amount of an individual order is 20 EURO / 25 USD without postage and packing.

5.  Packaging, postage/shipping are charged individually in real costs depending on the size of the order, type of packaging and country to which the package is shipped. You will always be informed about the order total price including postage and packaging in advance.

6.  Always write your contact details : full name, complete delivery address,e-mail and your phone number in the order.

7.  On receipt of your order we check the merchandise availability in the storage and send you a confirmation. On receipt of the full payment, your order will be processed for packaging and shipment. We will send you a Goods Sent Advise with tracking details after the shipment is done.

8.  Payment methods :  We accept payments through Paypal and Bank Transfers.

      PAYPAL: allows payments through Debit/Credit Cards in your currency. Payments through Paypal includes also Paypal fees which is usually 9% of the order total price. The total amount when paying through Paypal will be calculated including the Paypal fees. We will send you a Paypal generated  Invoice link and payment can be done securely by clicking the link. 

      BANK TRANSFER: payment by Bank Transfer includes the bank fee of Euro 18.00 for accepted payment from abroad. The total amount when paying by bank transfer will be calculated including the bank fees. We will send you a Proforma Invoice with our bank details, SWIFT no., etc.
