This ChocoMan Guitar Cutter Set comes complete with one Stainless Steel Base + 2 SS cutting frames + SS Plate + some tools and wire. The entire device is made from Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
The Cutting Bed is 33 x 32.5 cms and hence, excellent for chocolate factories, bakers, confectioners, hotels, sweet-meat producers, flight Kitchens, caterers, hobbyists, etc.
Our ChocoMan Guitar Cutter Set GC-33 is a single direction cutter and can be used to cut soft confections, fudges, marzipans, truffle, etc. evenly into squares, rectangles and diamond shapes.
The 2 Cutting Frames fit on top of the SS Base and can cut in 2 sizes : 25 and 37.5 mm. These can easily be inter-changed to change the cutting size of the material.
