Red C.I.No. 16035 Food Red 17 (Synthetic Food Colour) Di Sodium Salt Of 2-Hydroxy-1-(2-Methoxy-5- Methyl-4-Sulfonatophenyl Azo) Naphthalene-6-Sulfonate. Major Dye-Intermediates Used Are:- 1. P.C.O.S.A. 2. 2-Naphthol-6-Sulphonic Acid Min Dye Content – 85%

Green C.I.NO. – 42090 Disodium Salt of alpha 4 – (N - ethylbeta sulfobenzylamino) – phenyl) alpha[4 – (N - ethyl – 3 – sulphonatobenzylimino] cyclohexa – 2.5 – Dienylidene] toluene – 2 – sulfonate 1) N,N’ – ethyl – benzyl – aniline – 3 – sulphonic Acid 2) O, - Sulpho – benzaldehyde Min Dye Content – 85%
Indigo Blue C.I.No. 73015 Disodium salt of Indigotine – 5,5’ – Disulphonic acid Major Dye Intermediates present Isatin-5-Sulfonic Acid 5-Sulfoa Nthranilic Acid Min Dye Content – 85%

Usage method: Mix a little of the powder colour thoroughly with a small quantity of the liquid or batter to be coloured. Then add little by little of this to the bigger liquid/batter batch as per desired colour density/shade.

The colours are very highly concentrated and it is suggested that a small trial be conducted before actually using them for your your production purpose.

Dosage: as per FSSAI norms.
