Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I return international orders?
No, international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure your country permits entry of the products before ordering. Also, confirm the voltage (220V vs 110V) compatibility of machines before placing orders.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Orders for India - Yes, most machines come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. For example, the ChocoMan Two Cute Chocolate Melter has a 6-month warranty, while most of our other machines have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Orders outside India - Warranty is limited to provision of free spares for one year from date of purchase only in case of a manufacturing defect. Shipping charges and customs duty on these to be borne by the buyer. Lifetime technical support over email and phone is guaranteed. Products must be used as per instructions provided and in a manner consistent with normal usage.
Purchasers outside India
How can I place an order for delivery outside India?
We have happy customers in over 40 countries. International customers can place orders by on our website or by emailing rbmfoods@gmail.com. All communications should be in English. Please provide your full name, company name, complete delivery address, email, and phone number in your order.
Are there any special considerations for international orders?
Yes, please see below for some considerations:
- Ensure your country permits entry of the products before ordering. We are not responsible for any laws or restrictions that prevent the use of our products in the destination country.
- Confirm the voltage compatibility of machines before placing orders. Our machines are built to support 220V but we are happy to customize our machines or provide a transformer if your country supports 110V.
- Buyer responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees, if applicable, in the destination country.
