1. Night Heat Mode : In this mode, pieces of Chocolate can be put in the machine overnight and this mode can be activated. By morning the chocolate will be melted to the desired set temperature so that you can start production immediately. This is a great time saving device.
2. Motor Protect feature : This feature has been incorporated as many users start the Motor when the chocolate in the Tub is hard. The Wheel is stuck in the hard chocolate and not able to move. When the Motor is switched on the Wheel is stuck and unable to move, resulting in the Motor getting shorted/burnt. To repair or replace the Motor is quite expensive and inconvenient. This can be avoided by the new Motor Protect feature. With this feature, the Motor will only activate after the Chocolate in the tub reaches a pre-set temperature. So, the Motor is safe.
Designed in Europe and made by us in India, the ChocoMan 30 melts, tempers and moulds Chocolates. This Machine is ideally suited to produce 50 - 60 kgs per 8-hour shift.
