How It Works

Review: We will review your logo to check its compatibility with your chosen mould and to ensure it is a high-resolution image.If there are any issues, we will notify you. If everything is good to go, we will proceed to Step 2.

Preview: Within approximately 5 working days, we will create a preview of your Logo Chocolate and send a photo via email or WhatsApp for your approval.This service is free of charge.

Approval: You can approve the preview as is or request minor changes (e.g., making elements bold or adjusting size). Major changes, such as a new design or font change, will require a new preview. This will cost INR 600.

Final Mould: Once we receive your approval, your order will be dispatched within approximately 5 working days.

Terms of Supply

1. Goods are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

2. Prior chocolate-making skills and professional chocolate-making equipment are required to use our personalised

Chocolate Moulds. We do not provide chocolate making classes.

3. We do not take responsibility if your final chocolate does not exactly match the preview photo.
