Roasting is a cooking method that uses dry heat where hot air covers the food, cooking it evenly on all sides with temperatures of at least 150˚ C (300˚ F) from an open flame, oven, or other heat source. Roasting can enhance the flavor through caramelization and browning on the surface of the food.
Our ChocoMan Crisp Roaster is ideally suited to roast food items including nuts, like almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, coffee beans, seeds, fox nuts etc.
With a Drum capacity of 2 kgs ( approx.), one can easily roast 4-5 kgs of nuts per hour ie. about 35-40 kgs per day !
