Our Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS) Colours can be used as you would use Cocoa Butter Colours, but without the hassle of tempering and at a fraction of the cost of Cocoa Butter Colours !

Make your chocolates and cakes, chocolate decorations and garnishes come to LIFE with our new COCOA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE COLOURS, quickly and beautifully.

Usage : For best results, use CBS colours at 32 Degrees Centigrade. Liquify the CBS colour jar in slightly hot water. Stir the liquid well. Blend the CBS colour into the white chocolate/compound or directly spray for a velvet finish. You can brush or apply on cakes, confections, moulds, texture sheets, etc. To make chocolate garnishes for cakes and pastries, we recommend mixing CBS colours with white compound.
