Introducing Food Colours for Bakery, Cake, Sugar Confectionery and Dairy use (synthetic)
Our Bakery, Hotel and Dairy customers have been asking for pure and high concentration food colours. So, here they are !
They come in powder form, the colours are : Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink, Brown, Green and 2 Blues ( Indigo and Brilliant ) packed in 25 gm jars. Each Kit is a combo of 8 jars ie. one colour per jar.
Usage method: Mix a little of the powder colour thoroughly with a small quantity of the liquid or batter to be coloured. Then add little by little of this to the bigger liquid/batter batch as per desired colour density/shade.
The colours are very highly concentrated and it is suggested that a small trial be conducted before actually using them for your your production purpose.
Dosage: as per FSSAI norms.
