Introducing Natural Food Colour Liquid Samples for Chocolate, Cocoa Butter and Oils !
Our Chocolate customers have been asking for pure and natural colours. So, here they are ! Made from leaves such as spinach, vegetables such as capsicum and fruits, turmeric, etc., these colours are excellent for health, too.
They come in liquid form, the colours are : Yellow, Orange, Red and Green packed in separate bottles of 20 gm each.
Usage method: Mix a little of the liquid colour thoroughly with a small quantity of liquified white chocolate/ cocoa butter to be coloured. Then add little by little of this to the bigger batch as per desired colour density/shade.
The colours are concentrated and it is suggested that a small trial be conducted and readings noted before actually using them for your production purpose.
Dosage: as per FSSAI norms.
