Presenting our ChocoMan Guitar Cutting Device GC-01-3
This ChocoMan Guitar Cutter Set comes complete with one Stainless Steel Base + 3 cutting frames + SS Plate + Some tools and wire.
Our ChocoMan Guitar Cutter Set GC-01-03 is a single direction cutter and can be used to cut soft confections, batters, marzipans, truffle, etc. evenly into squares, rectangles, diamond, etc. shapes.
The SS Base of this heavy-duty device is made from Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
The 3 Cutting Frames fit on top of the SS Base and can cut in 3 sizes : 22, 33 and 44 mm. These can easily be inter-changed to change the cutting size of the material.
A Stainless steel Tray is also included in the package.
It is ideal for use in Chocolate factories, Hotels, Bakeries, Confectioners and Sweet-meat producers, Flight Kitchens, Caterers, etc.
