Warranty

6 months warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty is limited to supply of defective spare part only. Its fitting will have to be taken care of by the customer. Video calling facility available for trouble-shooting / fitting.

No warranty is given on heater as most heaters fail on account of power fluctuations at the customers end.

As we do not have service centres in India or abroad, for any service-related issues, if necessary, the machine will have to be sent back to our factory in Bangalore at the customers cost (both to and fro).
