ChocoMan 5, 5Kg Chocolate Melter/ Warmer Without Lid

Our ChocoMan 5 Chocolate Melter is a tried and tested model - economical yet excellent. This small, but functional melter has an electronic Temperature Controller cum Indicator, usually found on large machines. Suitable for tempering couverture chocolate (by the marble slab method) due to its precise electronic temperature controller.

The ChocoMan 5 Melter is a tabletop model ideally suited to produce approximately 20 kg of handmade Chocolates per day, depending on the skill of the operator.

This Chocolate Melting Machine is ideally suited to make moulded chocolates of all types, including bite-sized pralines, bars, slabs, lollipops, personalised, etc. They can be made solid or centre-filled. Hollow figurines, ie, 3D chocolates, can also be made using this machine.

NOTE: Prior Chocolate-making skills are required to make good chocolates using this Melter. The price does not include chocolate-making training.
