Made possible by switching the tub. Crafted from high quality stainless steel this machine maintains precise temperature. You can temper chocolate in it by seeding method. Ideal for Chocolate making for small batches . Used in workshops, ice-cream parlours, chocolate dipping, sauces and more.

Note : Do not leave any of the heater switches ON (including the main switch) without any chocolate in the pan.

Important : An air-conditioned room with low humidity levels is a must to produce good chocolates.

Cleaning : The melting Pan should be removed and washed with a mild, non-fragrant detergent and water. The main body should be cleaned with a damp cloth, ensuring that no water enters the electricals. For any maintenance support, please contact us.
