The ChocoMan Spin pro with Trolley is a heavy-duty chocolate coating and panning machine designed for chocolatiers, bakers, and confectioners. Ideal for small batch production, lab use, star hotels or academies. The wide range of foods that can be coated includes nuts like almonds, cashews, peanuts, hazelnuts, foxnuts, etc., dates, corn, crispies, cornflakes, butter scotch/caramel balls, marzipan balls, dried fruit cubes, marshmallow cubes, coffee beans, seeds and many more. It can also be used for sugar coating, for mixing and flavouring savories and many more products.

Air Blower with Temperature Control	Hot air up to 40 Degrees C temperature is possible. Electronic Temperature Controller and Indicator prevent overheating & maintains ideal coating conditions.
Pan Heating	A heater has been installed below the Pan for your special panning needs. This feature of heating the Pan upto 50 °C facilitates faster drying, improves coating adhesion, manage product consistency particularly in sugar panning & confectionary applications. It is also facilitates melting of chocolate residue which aids in cleaning.
Premium Components	Components such as SKF bearing, Crompton VFD, Siemens Switchgear, facilitate noiseless & trouble-free operation.
Forward & Reverse Motor Operation	The anti-clockwise movement provides consistent & uniform finish, improve mixing efficiency & prevent product sticking to pan.
Pan Variable Speed Controller	Allows the operator to customise the tumbling action based on product hardness. A variable speed drive ensures correct cascading motion of product, essential for uniform & even coating & smooth finish.
Air Filter	It filters the air so that purer air goes to the chocolate in pan.

Warranty

1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty is limited to supply of defective spare part only. Its fitting will have to be taken care of by the customer. Video calling facility available for trouble-shooting / fitting.

No warranty is given on heater as most heaters fail on account of power fluctuations at the customers end.

As we do not have service centres in India or abroad, for any service-related issues, if necessary, the machine will have to be sent back to our factory in Bangalore at the customers cost (both to and fro).
