Additional Information

* Chocolate raw material can be melted with or without water as medium of heat transfer.
* Lid Usage Caution: Moisture may form under the lid, affecting chocolate usability
* Manual Stirring Required: Ensures even heating and prevents scorching

Note : Do not leave any of the heater switches ON (including the main switch) without any chocolate in the pan.

Important : An air-conditioned room with low humidity levels is a must to produce good chocolates.

Cleaning : The melting Pan should be removed and washed with a mild, non-fragrant detergent and water. The main body should be cleaned with a damp cloth, ensuring that no water enters the electricals. For any maintenance support, please contact us.
