The ChocoMan 15 Neo by Mangharam Chocolate Solutions is a versatile tabletop (also available with a trolley) for melting, tempering, and moulding chocolates. ChocoMan 15 Neo supports tempering via the seeding method. With a capacity of 25-35 kg per 8-hour shift, it is ideal for chocolatiers, bakers, and hotels. All features such as adjustable speed control, optional enrober belt compatibility, and Night Heat Mode for overnight melting and Motor Protect Mode ensure efficient, safe, superior quality chocolate production. Built from 304-grade stainless steel and equipped with high-quality European motor and gearbox, it ensures reliable performance.
