The ChocoMan Melt 12 Series is a range of high-performance, table-top chocolate melters designed for bakers, chocolatiers, and star hotels. Available in three variants—Melt 12, Melt 12-2C, and Melt 12-3C—each model offers precise temperature control, a night heater for overnight chocolate melting, and a stainless steel construction for durability and hygiene.

* Chocolate raw material can be melted with or without water as medium of heat transfer.
* Lid Usage Caution: Moisture may form under the lid, affecting chocolate usability
* Manual Stirring Required: Ensures even heating and prevents scorching
* Suitability for Couverture Chocolate: Melt 12-2C and Melt 12-3C are not suitable for different couverture chocolates (e.g., Milk, Dark, White) as all containers maintain the same temperature; works well for compound chocolate

Note : Do not leave any of the heater switches ON (including the main switch) without any chocolate in the pan.

Important : An air-conditioned room with low humidity levels is a must to produce good chocolates.

Cleaning : The melting Pan should be removed and washed with a mild, non-fragrant detergent and water. The main body should be cleaned with a damp cloth, ensuring that no water enters the electricals. For any maintenance support, please contact us.
