How does the system work ?


It's simple.....A Personalised Chocolate Mould set comprises of :

1. A Stainless Steel Chocolate Mould

2. A Logo Sheet made from a Japanese polymer, which has the Logo / message inscribed on it

The Stainless Steel Mould gives the shape to the Chocolate and the Logo Sheet gives the personalization.
The Mould is permanent, but the Logo Sheet is a consumable and will work for a few thousand chocolates. Its life depends on how it is handled.

Benefits :

3D effect: Your logo / message on the Chocolates can be either engraved or embossed and hence, gives a very nice 3 Dimensional effect to the Chocolates. Also, this concept is economical, durable and easy-to-use.

Same Mould for multiple Logo Sheets : The same mould can be used for various Logos / messages by just interchanging the Logo Sheet. This Sheet is generally good for about 4,000 - 6,000 Chocolates or more depending on type, handling and usage.

Quick delivery : We generally require only 7- 8 working days time to get the job done after receipt of your confirmation. We would require a hi-resolution image in black and white to start the work.

Personalised Chocolate Mould – job schedule and time-line:

Stage 1 : Computer Preview:
After receiving a proper artwork from the customer, we require 3-4 working days to create and share the computer preview of the custom chocolate. If changes are required, this is the stage where we can incorporate them @ additional charges of Rs.354.00.

Stage 2 : Chocolate Preview:
Once the computer preview is approved, 3–4 working days are needed to produce the physical custom chocolate. If changes are required at this stage, another chocolate preview can be made @570.00. Please allow 3-4 working days again.

Stage 3 : Final Production:
After approval of the final custom chocolate preview, the mould making process takes approximately 3-4 working days.

Total estimated time: 12–15 working days. Shipping may take 2-4 working days depending on customers location in India.
