Natural Food Colour Liquid for Chocolate, Cocoa Butter and Oils!

Our Chocolate customers have been asking for pure and natural colours. So, here they are ! Made from leaves such as spinach, vegetables such as capsicum and fruits, turmeric, Beetroot, Spirulina etc., these colours are excellent for health, too..

They come in liquid form the colours are : Green, Orange, Yellow, Lime Green, Red (Pinkish), Blue, Pink, Black, Brown & Purple packed in separate bottles of 100g each.

Usage: Mix a small amount of the liquid colour thoroughly with a small quantity of melted white chocolate or cocoa butter. Then, gradually add this mixture to the larger batch until you achieve the desired colour density or shade. If you require an opaque shade, add white oil-soluble powder colour to the mixture.

The colours are concentrated and it is suggested that a small trial be conducted and readings noted before actually using them for your production purpose.
