Care Tips for Polycarbonate Moulds from Mangharam.
These tips will ensure you get optimum results from your purchase.
1. Clean the moulds prior to using them for the first time.
2. Use very mild cleaning agent or detergents under lukewarm running water (not hot water and not under high pressure) and without use of brush or scrubber.
3. Moulds should come in contact only with chocolate.
4. Do not insert any sharp objects into the mould.
5. After use, scrape off excess chocolate from top of the mould using palette knife.
6. Use a heater/ hair dryer from a safe distance to melt the chocolate stuck on the mould.
7. Moulds should be washed only when required and dried with a soft muslin cloth immediately.
8. Knocking or twisting of the mould should be minimum.
9. Once moulds are completely free of moisture, store and stack the labelled moulds upside down in an airtight container. Double Moulds should be stored in the closed condition. Store in a dry dark place do not expose to UV radiation.
